Hi.
The company violates customs by indicating wrong statements on packets. 1. wrong value, 2. "gift", 3. "no commercial value".
They do this on purpose as they say "We usually help our customers mark the parcels as a gift with low value to pass the Customs smoothly.". This is fraud! You as a customer can be held for responsible. Customs will be suspicious seeing that kind of declaration and ask you for a proof of value. Then you will pay a high amount (in my case 50%) of the real value for customs fees, elevated taxes and/or fine.
Kinkdelight refuse to accept their error/fraud.
