Took 10 days to advise me they could not get the product I ordered despite listing 2 in stock when it was ordered. This was only after I contacted them and it took 48hrs to even respond. Don't waste your time here price may seem good but service is terrible.


Upon attempting to contact Canada Computers in regards to a refund it took 2 days to be advised id have to wait another 14 days for a refund due to their policies. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told this was not possible and I would just have to accept it. The refund delay combined with the delay in being notified an item wasn't available brings it to a total of 26 days from placing an order to be told a product is not available and get my money back.

I think NCIX has a well deserved reputation of providing great customer service. I have placed 2 or 3 orders with NCIX in the last couple of months and I can say my experiance has been good overall. Any issues I had I expressed to the NCIX staff and they remedied them quickly. I was a little annoyed that orders placed around Christmas were certainly not as quick to ship as usual upon expressing this to NCIX they went above and beyond to satisfy me and although delayed the orders did ship a day or two later.

Prices are excellent, and if you do find a cheaper price in Canada they may price match it.

There is a reason they have a high resseler rating, they are simply that good.
