I paid for 2nd day shipping, and my order did not go out on time, so it looked like it would be late, as I needed it by weekend to get my wife's car fixed. I contacted their customer service and they apoligized and refunded my shipping costs, but then when the order did go out it was shipped next day, and I only got it one day later than expected. I was able to still get my wife's car fixed that weekend and I'm a happy customer. I picked them on-line as they had the best value on the part, and it fit perfectly and works great. I will use them again for parts needs.
