They offered me a wireless upgrade. That kinda defeats the purpose of a timer. (hence you do not have to babysit the fogger)That I would have taken but I need it by wed. for my party. They would not ship it until they got my tracking #. I do work and just got the RA today (monday). Needless to say I just wanted a complete refund. A big old waste of my time and I still have to return this broken timer. “Hello,
I am sorry your item came broken. It was brand new from the manufacture and this should not have happened. We did want this to occur and I am sorry it did but it was beyond our control. We sent your order out within hours of payment and got it to you days before you needed it. We will gladly warranty it for you or give you a full refund. Again I am sorry the brand let us both down.
