Two of the three were defective: two would not seat properly in my printer and one of the three was not in a sealed plastic wrap. The toner powder was dumped out all over the cartridge and the box. I\u0027ve made 5 attempts to exchange the two defective cartridges. No one will respond to my requests. Now that I am looking deeper at their site, I found that they do not even have a customer service number to contact.
