ABT worked closely with me to get the manufacturer (Sony) to replace or repair the unit. The response of Sony was very disappointing (with added frustration dealing with a Customer\u0027s Service which is now apparently based in Central America). In the end, ABT stepped in and exchanged my TV. I want to commend ABT for taking good care of its customers (Thank you, Judy!).
