“can't stand by The Sharper Image quality. i received a sharper image led lamp as a present and when we went to use it for the hurricane it didn't work. it was missing a piece to hold the battery. i contacted sharper image and this is their reply: Unfortunately we cannot replace the lamp/lights if it was not purchased from sharperimage.com. We recommend you refer to your instruction booklet for the manufacturers name and number or ask the gift giver where they purchased it from so you can get a replacement or return.
