When I got my laptop it worked great but there was a dead pixel. I called, and chose to have a new screen sent to me instead of losing a couple weeks sending it back. They sent a screen and a video of how to replace it, it was very easy, the new screen works perfectly. The whole experience was excellent. Customer service is great.
