If you are reading this review before buying you will do yourself a great favor by finding someone else to purchase from. This company lies, sends incorrect product, berates you on the phone and never answers emails. I paid $800.00 extra to be sure I was getting a USA model Nikon camera and they shipped me the grey market camers. The grey market camera sold for far less money because it was not covered under warranty by Nikon. I was lucky enough to call Nikon and have them check my serial number as a valid number....they informed me I had a grey market camera. I called Banana Boat to infom them and told me to ship the camera back and they would ship out a USA model immediately upon receiving the one I shipped. I week later I called for a status and they informed me they did not have and could not get a USA model. I demanded a full refund but they said I would have to pay $200.00 for returning the camera and restocking fees. I went online and found the Federal Trade Commission rules and they are not allowed to send you different item than what you ordered without your permission. Once I copied and sent the rules to them they managed to come up with a USA brand camera. Of course I paid for 3 day shipping and did not have a camera for 2 weeks and they would not credit me the shipping difference. STAY AWAY....RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They were rude, liars, and a horrid company to do business with. I will also be reporting them to the Consumer reports, Better Business bureau and Federal Trade Commission.

If you purchase from this company be sure you want the item and will keep it. We bought an outboard motor, used it once and had to return the item. They charged us $145.00 and we didn't even ship back to store, we returned directly to manufacturer here in our home town! They rip you off in return charges. The motor was in excellent condition when returned and was signed off by the manufacturer but boating channel charged 30% return fee...for what? I still don't know, they won't answer my question. Stay away from this company, they are slimmy and will take you for every cent they can for profit only!
