I received an automated payment received e-mail. A few hours later, I received a shipment notice with a FedEx Ground tracking number. The package was professionally taped and the contents securely packed as to minimize/avoid damage. Perfect transaction in my book.

UPDATE 10/20/2002
Credit card bill got charged for $448.33 but no delivery of cables. Absolute crooks!

What you forget about me? I ordered 100 pieces PC Card cables from their web site. I called twice to have a wholesaler contact me. TWICE! "We'll have someone call you back today." was the response both times. I am still waiting for my order. It has been over one week. No tracking number and no return phone calls. What a joke!
