Parts arrived on time with no issues. 2 day shipping was meant to be chosen on 2nd order but somehow normal shipping was entered. An email was immediately placed to rectify shipping to 2 day. Return email was sent that said 2 day would be used with no aditional charges added. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but Parts People have it. I was looking at the Sharper Image unit but when I found Calutech\u0027s whole house unit that was cheaper than Sharper Image\u0027s unit that did only one room, I was excited. I purchased one and am very happy with the unit. I have had no problems with it and any questions about it have been quickly answered fully by email.
