I followed up with them several times and each time they gave me a prompt, courteous response and ultimately gave me a new estimated delivery date of January 25. It arrived on January 19. This was meant to be a holiday gift, so it was a bit disappointing to have gotten it so late. Packaging was kind of dirty and tattered, so I\u0027m hoping quality of their products holds.
