This company's shipping structure (for a small package) is the most ridiculous I've ever seen. First they email you a UPS tracking number, which you can track, but then suddenly your package seems to have been delivered. But not to you. So, you call, and they inform you that there's some hinky set-up where UPS delivers the package to your local USPS office, where it goes through a whole new process of being sorted, stamped, etc., and then eventually you may or may not get it. After three phone calls, I was told of this process, and am now trying to track my package through USPS, and expected it two days ago....still have not received it. I get mail from either coast faster than this (I'm in the mountain west); snail mail, UPS, Fedex, there's nowhere more than three days from me. NOWHERE. It's been almost two weeks since I ordered.
It's absolutely stupid. I ship and have things shipped to me A LOT and this is the longest, most convoluted, round-about way of doing on-line business I have EVER seen!! I will never order anything from this company again. I wish I'd just gone to Amazon. Only old ladies don't know that this is the worst shipping time known to man. The rest of us should help our aunties, grandma's, moms know that there are other options. You can even find the same or similar products for much, MUCH less on other on-line vendors. say no!!!!
