They told me to contact the manufacturer since it wasn\u0027t their problem! Manufacturer said it was LDG\u0027s problem since they shipped it in store display box only. Get disconnected EVERY time you try to contact customer service! 3 months later & problem still not solved! They finally let me return vacuum 6\/7\/06, but as of 8\/2\/06,I still don\u0027t have a new vacuum, or a refund! They will answer the phone for orders, but if you ask to speak to customer service, they transfer you, & while on hold, disconnect your call! Very frustrating.
