I was pretty impressed... my order was shipped within HOURS of my placing it. They contacted me regarding every aspect of the order, tracking info, etc. Based on my experience I would certainly order from them again.

I have ordered from Eagle many times, and they have taken care of me %100 every time. Their prices are simply unbelieveable. On one occasion FedEx messed up on the delivery (I verified this was not their fault), and they did the right thing and re-sent the product. Way to go Eagle. I will be a customer for a long time.

Completely satisfied. One item was out of stock, Howard called and let me know there would be a delay. The order was shipped with in the time frame they specified. Howard was courteous and helpful. Excellent prices.

Incorrect items were originally sent to me, however John corrected everything %100 to my satisfaction in a professional manner. They probably did more than they had to do to correct the situation, which is commendable.

Crazy amounts of tape on products I ordered (nothing like spray detailer with tape goo all over it). 7 business days from order to all items received, I ordered 7 items and they arrived in 3 shipments.

Delivery from time of order was 9 days, inside of their stated 2 week window. I requested no heat spreaders (confirmed on my recipt) however they were put on anyway.

Spark plugs shown on the site as compatible were not. A another brand wiper blade was shipped instead of the quality denso part I selected.

Ordered Dell flat panel monitor, arrived a few days later with the box wide open and presumably damaged. They don't have another one to send and refuse to refund until they sort things out with the shipper. Declined charge on CC.
