price is cheap and shipping is fine. I got my order wrong and wanted an exchange everything was unopened and I shipped it the next day and so I thought this was going to be easy and going to take at most a week. It took about 3 weeks 20 emails 10 different customer service rep. Even after calling in it did not help. I like their quick email reply but those reply were useless and full of annoying Thanks you and I'm sorry and it should be here in 24-48 hours then 3-4 days like any of that resolve my problem since they cannot keep their word. They gave me all of these false Time frame that only causes me to get more angry. Even when they finally get my product in they ended up giving me store credit and not do the exchange. I immediately emailed back saying I want an exchange and the paper clearly stated that. The rep emailed back saying that is nothing on the paper that says it. I emailed back saying that it is on the same paper as my order number and my contact information so if you had return my item to me with the correct order number you must have seen the notes. He replied saying that he cannot exchange product only issue store credit...
Yes i would shop because they have cheap and good stuff But think twice before ordering because you do not want to return or exchange.
