I was a little disappointed in the service. They called me several times with changes to the order, first I ordered a tool, they asked if I wanted something else, I stated that I really wanted that tool. They did not discuss possibilities with me, they just offered to refund the money for that item. Then they did not get my order shipped until 4 days after I ordered it, actually longer, but I did order it on the weekend, so I cannot say they did anything wrong over the weekend. I received tracking numbers, and cannot track my packages, they seem to have a wide selection, and their site is very informative. This is my first expereince with this company, but maybe it was just a fluke incident, I hope that their service can improve. Considereing I have not received anything for delivery yet I am uncertain of how to properly rate my service with this company.
