I ordered a very popular Bull Bar for my truck. This is the 4th time I have ordered it. Due to it's popularity and quality it has been sold out and back ordered beyond JC Whitney's allowable back order time. I was grateful. JC Whitney contacted me every time within the next day to let me know of it's back order and gave me the opportunity to either wait for 1 week to see if production caught up or they would refund immediately if I didn't want to wait. Thankfully they kept track of everything and refunded my funds when the back order could not be met in a timely manner.
I finally ordered another one a week ago. I was expecting the same thing or at least a 6 week delivery time. 9 hours after ordering it I got a message that it had shipped already. 4 days later it is mounted on my truck and looking great. Very easy instructions and flawless. JC Whitney has treated me right with every order I have ever placed with them. And their shipping is incomparable with anyone in the market.
