“I added an additional item and removed it during checkout in a separate window. Did not bother to refresh the original checkout page and placed the order and noticed that I was charged more for shipping. Sent an email to customer service within minutes. Got a slow reponse saying I upgraded shipping. Then said they are processing a return. Despite what I was told, the order was not canceled, and they refused to adjust the shipping cost.”
