The only problem was a DVD burner not working which was nothing other than a loose connection and easil fixed. And other than the 60 day trial of Office 2007 (I own the full version) no bloatware!<br>Great job and I thoroughly recommend them if you can navigate their website.<br>Be sure to build the same specs from more than one model they offer, as prices vary with identical components!<br>P.S.
