Purchased Pentax K-R camera; no other vendor came close to their price. It arrived when they said it would, came with full US warranty. No hassles, transaction was a pleasure. I'd use them again with no hesitauion.

I've ordered from them twice. Prices on their specials are amazing, delivery is prompt. I called customer service once because I couldn't locate the code for the discount my first order provided for my next order. The service person was pleasant and helpful, and followed up with an email to me to make sure I succeeded. An outstanding on-line merchant.

Ordered refurbished receiver by phone. Very pleasant, helpful person at the other end. Order arrived in 48 hours, with standard shipping. Item looks like new.

Update: Item turned out to be defective. They had a prepaid return shipping label to me in two days, and the replacement arrived three days after that. Superb service after the sale.

Ordered barebones system; it arrived less than a week after placing my order. I called to make a change in it one day after placing the order. No problem, no long wait on hold for a real person to talk to. Sent an e-mail for tech help, got a prompt, clear answer. Dealing with them was a pleasure.

Never received any communication after they got paid; item never arrived. Phone is now disconnected - calls were never returned, nor was e-mail responded to. They are now kicked off eBay.

ANOTHER UPDATE (3/12/03): They refuse to reimburse the $10.01 I laid out for them in sending back the first box unless I send back the second one, even though they've been paid for it. Stay away from these bandits.
MORE UPDATE INFO (3/5/03): I sent an e-mail saying I'd keep the box containing (according to them) the video card I paid for and forget the money they charged my AmEx for it. I asked for the $10.01 for returning the first one at my expense (their request, with promise of reimbursement) - the one for which they sent out a replacement in a motherboard box.
ANOTHER UPDATE (3/5/03): Today it's "You ... have the video card; it was shipped in a motherboard box." Gimme a break, why would a manufacturer put a video card in a motherboard box and put his seal over the seams? Then, "... send the card back to us, and we will refund you for everything..." Last time they said that was more than two months ago. I'm still waiting. Then, "How do we know that once we refund you you won't just keep the card and never return it?" They don't. But I haven't done so yet, and even fronted the $10.01 to ship something back after their cock and bull story about UPS not allowing things to be sent and charged to them. Did they reimburse me? They said they would do so promptly. That was in December. "Your reasoning here is understandable, however it is quite flawed." I disagree. They fooled me once. Shame on them. But if I let them do it again, shame on me.
YET ANOTHER UPDATE (3/4/03): Now they say I didn't properly label the box when I returned it. In fact, I followed their instructions to the letter and have the e-mail with their instructions. Not a word about a code to indicate whether it was for refund or replacement. Contrary to what they also claim, they did not send me a replacement video card (and were specifically told in my e-mail that I didn't want one, since I had purchased one locally when they told me they had no record of my order). Two weeks after I returned the item that they say they never received, a motherboard arrived in a manufacturer's sealed package. I told them about it on the phone today (they called, and had no idea that they had sent the motherboard until I mentioned it) and added that I would send it back after they pay me what I am owed. They said that it is their policy not to make refunds before an item is returned. I told them that it is my policy to trust people until they betray me once, and they've had their free betrayal. It's their turn to trust me, now. When my money is refunded, including the $10.01 I spent for shipping at their request, the unsolicited package will be returned pronto. Until then, it's hostage for what they owe me.
ANOTHER UPDATE (3/4/03): They now acknowledge my existence, and say that they will make a full refund when the video card is returned. The fact that I returned it more than 2 months ago and enclosed the shipping receipt with it at their request is, once again, ignored.
UPDATE (3/3/03): It's 6 days since the vendor posted the polite apology and said that the refund would be taken care of. No refund so far, and no response to my equally polite e-mail sent 5 days ago. It does not appear that their promise to correct their error will be fulfilled. At this point, I'd say that anyone who reads this and deals with Infinity Systems anyway is their lawful prey.

On December 4, 2002, I ordered a video card from them on line. The screen never showed that the order had been accepted, and I received no e-mail confirmation. I called on December 10 and was told that they had no record of my order (as I expected), so I bought the card locally.

On December 16 a video card (not the one I ordered) arrived from them, and my credit card was charged. I sent them an e-mail about this. They replied with an apology and asked me to return the item for full credit. They said UPS will not allow them to have the return charged to their account, and asked me to pay for it and enclose the receipt with it - they would reimburse my shipping cost. Like an idiot, I did. Now they say that they never received it, and refuse to credit my account with the amount they charged, much less refund the shipping cost I incurred.

Stay away from these guys.

“We greatly apologize for the inconvenience. We are not sure at all how this happened - this kind of thing is not a normal occurrence. There must have been some type of strange glitch in our system. We will be sure that you do receive a full refund. Once again we are very sorry about the inconvenience. Thank you.

*Update*
We were able to locate the order, and we are ready to issue a refund as soon as we receive the video card back from you. We apologize for any inconveniences. Please return the card to us, and we will issue a full refund immediately including any and all shipping charges that you incurred. Thank you.

*Update*
When you originally sent the card back you ignored the policy of "R" for return/exchange and "C" for credit so a replacement card was mistakenly sent to you (there was no indication that the card was returned for refund, so our RMA staff exchanged it). You are in possession of that card to this very moment - you acknowledged that when we spoke to you earlier. Simply return the card to us along with all of the shipping receipts, and we will issue you a complete refund immediately. Thank you.

*Update*
You do not have a motherboard - you have the video card; it was shipped in a motherboard box. This is all very simple - send the card back to us, and we will refund you for everything. We cannot refund you for a video card that you still possess. How do we know that once we refund you you won't just keep the card and never return it? Your reasoning here is understandable, however it is quite flawed. We do admit that this was our fault, however we are ready and willing to fix things. In order to refund you for anything we need to receive the card back, bottom line. Thank you.”
