I received an order confirmation almost immediately. After the weekend I called to get a tracking number and was told that it hadn\u0027t shipped yet but it only had a 20 minute battery and no software. I knew this was not possible and when I told the \u0022representative\u0022 this he said he would cancel the order. I told him absoutely not. I plan to report this business to the Attorney General of the State of New York.
