“My experience with Zymetrical was terrible from start to finish. This is the type of merchant that gives on-line shopping a bad name.
I ordered products in the first part of December 2004, I paid for the product as well as shipping and the product didn't come. Called the company at the end of December to inquire about an estimated arrival/shipping date. The employee from Zymetrical was less than helpful and very rude. I have also sent 2 emails that went unanswered.
Today is February 15th and I still have not received my order. The web-site says the order is complete and the (once again, rude)customer service person says that it must have been shipped prior to the first of the year but he doesn't have a tracking number.
In my experience, the only thing this company knows how to do is debit your credit card. Everything else (delivery, customer service) is a joke.”
