BENQ's Rebate tactics are rather fraudulent than consumer oriented. I've been a victim of their dead-end rebate submitting system. I never received my $100 rebate for the purchase of a DLP PROJECTOR. I submitted all forms on time, however because of some problem in their system I never received the rebate. I keep calling them since October 2004 and this issue was never resolved.
I would keep away from this company and I would buy some other brand. If you see an offer from BENQ promissing rebates there's a big chance you won't get it. KEEP AWAY!

UPDATE:
Order #Z1880324.
The issue was solved and a full refund was offered.
Customer service got better as my issue reached the management.
