I ordered a Dyson vacuum on 10/31/10 and my credit card was charged the same day. On 12/1/10 I emailed the company asking where my vacuum was. Someone called me back the next day saying it was on backorder and to check back within two weeks. On 12/14/10 I emailed again. I got a call the next day saying the vacuum was still on backorder and I could either wait or get a refund. I chose the refund and the guy said it would take 30 days. I emailed the company twice more checking on the refund with no response. I called the company 1/14/11 and it tells me I'm in queue. When I get to first place it says the mailbox is full and hangs up. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and the charge has been credited to my account. Thank God. I will never order off the internet again unless its a reputable well known company. I came very close to getting ripped off. The stress, worry, and anger was not worth it.
