Got a dishwasher, saved over $100 bucks. Shipped a little later than indicated, no other issues.

I needed a new portable dishwasher and, after looking at lots of stores, Jet.com was one of the lower prices and after the new member coupon was much less (the next lowest was about $110 more but I would have also had to pay 8.75% sales tax on top of the higher price). I placed the order and, while it showed a 2-5 day ship time pretty much assumed that was wrong as it would be shipping via freight line.
Then I read these reviews and waited for problems and the seemingly inevitable cancellation. After a week I called for status; the guy who answered said he'd follow up and let me know. The next day I got an order delayed noticed (not a cancellation, at least). After another 5 days I called again to see if I should expect it to be shipped; the woman who answered said she would follow up with the fulfillment vendor. About 4 hours later I received a shipping notification. The delay was apparently caused by the vendor waiting to receive the item to ship--if I'd ordered directly from them, maybe the communication would have been better (don't really know, and their listed price was $160 more than I paid Jet).
So the dishwasher shipped from NY six days ago and arrived this morning in Northern CA at 6:30 AM. I'd contacted the shipping vendor to add white glove delivery (extra cost over Jet pricing: $40). Probably the most stressful part of the whole process was thinking the order would probably be cancelled because of all of these reviews.

I ordered a Fuji A500 digital camera with the accessory underwater case on 12/14. That afternoon, digitalfotoclub sent me an email letting me know that the underwater case was out-of-stock and that inventory might not be available until March. They asked me if I still wanted the camera, and if I wnated to keep the case on order or cancel it.

I confirmed that I wanted the camera, and received a shipping confirmation the same afternoon with tracking numbers, and it arrived in about 5 days.

Even though they were out-of-stock, I was perfectly happy with the rapid notification and the fact that they confirmed that I wanted the camera even though the case was not available before shipping it.

Looking over the reviews, I guess I was fortunate. I'd been looking for an iGo power adapter to replace some of the many power supplies I've accumulated, and found MobilePlanet in a pricing search. They advertised the previous year's model, but at a price about 25% lower than I had seen elsewhere. I ordered it and some tips.

Then, of course, I looked here and was a little worried (yep, I know, not the right order to do things). However, I received a shipping notification later the same day, and the package arrived in 3 days. They actually shipped the current model instead of last year's, too.

Really good pricing and great service for this order.

Purchased a Waterpik from Nowak. Their price was significantly lower than I had found elsewhere online, and they charged only $2.50 for ground shipping. I immediately received a confirmation email and the item arrived very well packed seven days later.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered an underwater camera housing through Amazon Marketplace on 12/14/06. At the time of my order, Electon Jon's listing stated that they had 6 in stock as of the date of order. The next day, their ad on Amazon still indicated 3 in stock, and I received an email the my order was backordered. No big deal, I had the camera and could wait on the housing. The email indicated that I could expect the item to ship in 5 to 6 days.

On 12/31, I sent an email requesting an update, as EJ's was again selling the item on Amazon (the ad listed 14 in stock, though they were now priced slightly higher). I recieved a email on 1/2 from "Mike", who reported that my order had been processed amd should arrive soon. I replied to request a tracking number for the shipment. No response. I emailed again after another 2 days, asking for confirmation of shipment and requesting that the order be cancelled if not shipped. The entire time, the listing was updating each day with a statement of that X number were in stock as of that morning. They never responded.

Electron Jon's lists a phone number on their site and at Amazon (it is listed as a voice/fax). The problem is that at all times, it is only a fax. No person ever answers the phone, so you cannot contact them directly.

I finally had to file a claim through Amazon to resolve the problem and placed an order with another seller.

Horrible.
