Ordered a graphics card from them, they charged my card immediatly, I paid for 3 day shipping, 6 days later I see my order still isnt shipped to me. I call them, their voicemail box is full and cannot accept any more messages. I check the BBB website, and find a number for a physical store and call, they forward my call the the online shipping. They tell me they dont have the card, would I be willing to wait till the third week of july when they will get some more. Of course I said no, I didnt want to wait another month and a week to get what I paid for already. Still waiting on a refund. Ill never use them again, and I suggest you check for somewhere else before you try alwayslowest.
