“Horrible experience. I would NEVER buy from them again. Ordered wallpaper on 3/21 that was shown to be "in stock" and got a confirmation email stating that it was in stock; immediately (about 5 minutes later) got an email saying it was out of stock and would ship on 4/2. If they knew it a few minutes after I placed my order, why didn't they know it at the moment I placed the order? Anyway, 4/2 came and went and I did not hear from them, despite emailing them. I called the customer service line and got some out-sourced answering service who pled ignorance. I left a message which was never returned. I emailed again after a week (4/9), saying I would like to cancel the order. I got a message back stating they would "contact the warehouse" and get back to me on the status of my order. I immediately replied stating I would like to cancel the order; I had already primed my walls and was tired of waiting for the wallpaper. Lo and behold, right at that moment it became "in stock" and shipped before the rep could put the cancellation through!!! Imagine that!! Anyway, it finally arrived on the slow boat from China.
These people are totally unprofessional. If you are considering buying things from them, please look at the other horrible reviews out there. ”
