These guys are shaddy!!! Ordered a camcorder on Dec 5th and should have recieved the "IN STOCK" item with in 10 days. About 8 days into the order I check there web site to find out it still had not shipped. I got concerned and call there 800 number and I complained to a manager, he said I would have it in 2 days. (right)

Four weeks later still no camacorder....

For the last two weeks I have called them about every day with no answer to there (800)810-4261 number. (Number is on there web page)

They tried to up sell me on addition high margin items and overnight shipping. I guess if you don't purchase these things they just walk away from your order. (not sure if there still in business, but as of 1/6/2004 I'm sure they have not answered my calls!!)
