Wretchedly slow, if not outright inept refund process for out of stock orders. I had ordered several items back in Dec 2010, and was told several days later, that they were out of stock. Fine. I cancelled. My Paypal account was supposed to be credited.
One month later, I've doing my invoices and bank statement reconciliation, and to my horror, they NEVER refunded the ~$170 to my paypal account! I communicated rationally and concisely with them, and they were oft slow in response. Finally I was told that a "Check would be sent out" Ooooooook. How long? Why did you not refund me the first time? Is something shady going on here, or is this business just horribly mis-managed?
They *really* need to update their website with Stock Status, process order cancellations better, and issue more timely refunds.
