If you hang up on them, go back to the website and cancel the order online, removing all of your credit card information, there is no evidence of a fee. I have been checking my credit card online every day now because I plan to sue their pants of if I find a charge since no where online does it warn you about a cancellation fee and I have pictures of the screens during the process.
