I placed an order with ewaggle.com on 11/4/2007 and my credit card was charged on 11/7/2007. That was a month ago and when I log in to ewaggle.com it says my order is pending. When I have called at (310) 324-5492 or writted to sales@ewaggle.com, after a half dozen attempts to inquire about my order, and to cancel the order and get a refund as it has said "pending" for a month. I have received no email replies and no returned phone calls. I have also contacted my credit card company disputing the charge as I have never received a product or any correspondence on any email or phone inquiries concerning my order. I've been ordering on the web for over 10 years and with over 99% satisfaction with web commerce. However, the down side is experiences like this are much more troublesome than store shopping where you can talk face to face to resolve disputes over service. I highly recommend anyone find an alternative to ewaggle.com. From my experience here, I will not be doing business with them again and just want my refund and to do business elsewhere.
