The purchasing experience on-line was great and the product met my expectations. However, customer service fell short. One the order was placed, I waited to check the status of the order. Quickly it was updated and with the expected shipping date. I waited until after the expected shipping date to check the status again and it had unchanged. I waited a few more days and checked again with the same outcome, still not knowing if the product had shipped or not. I called customer service and was told they would check into it and call me back. Before hearing anything from customer service, the product was delivered. Not that this is a real problem, but I believe customer service should have responded better and checking the status of your order on-line should have been more informative.
