I am thoroughly impressed with BlackSun Tactical. The customer service is by the far the best. These guys are quick to respond to emails and definitely know what they are doing. I went through BlackSun Tactical three times so far and each experience has always been a great one. I highly recommend them.
My first experience was regarding pre-ordering the Pro Mag Marauder kit (now known as the Nomad). For those who are unaware, this kit's release date was pushed back several times by Pro Mag. Nevertheless, BlackSun kept me informed the entire time. They regularly provided me updates on the status, and even offered a full refund no questions asked due to the extended delays with Pro Mag. I chose to wait it out. Once they had the kit, they shipped it out to me immediately. Despite the delays with Pro Mag, BlackSun excellent customer service made what would have been a horrible experience a great one.
My second experience was regarding purchasing a set of their custom quad rails for the Marauder kit (which they unfortunately have discontinued). I sent in an email inquiring about the product since it was no longer on their site and was told that they were discontinued; however, they had a couple left in stock which they offered to sell to me at cost with free shipping. I ended up ordering a set of rails as well as a scope. These guys shipped my order in less than 24 hours and even gave me a free set of low profile scope rings.
When my order came in, I setup the kit but was unable to setup the scope due to the scope rings being too low. My girlfriend saw my kit and was very impressed (aka she really wanted one too). I contacted BlackSun again letting them know how everything went and asked about the last quad rail. They gave me the same deal and ended up shipping it out the same day… plus they threw in another free set of scope rings except these were medium profile.
I couldn't be happier with their service. A++++
