I have the same issue but at least I know my monitor was returned. A company called INGRAM Micro handled my RMA return (I think MonitorsDirect aka Cornerstone Prephirals is a re-distributor of these monitors). I called them and they said they received my monitor and sent MonitorsDirect/Cornerstone the return $. This company is a fraud no doubt or Chapt11. I have found other company names that fall under the main company Cornerstone Prephirals. I have many phone numbers and I did finally get an answering machine 2 days ago.
