This was the first purchase I made with Xotic PC and so far everything has been great! The machine (ASUS U46SM) runs flawlessly and is up to the standards I expect from Asus. As for Xotic PC i have nothing bad to say. The reason I went with them was due to their website layout and track record (LOVE that you can narrow a search by graphics card manufacturer). I have to be honest, i never order anything from a vendor with a poor website; to me that means they are probably lazy in other areas of their business as well.

I have recommended Xotic PC to a few friends, one of which purchased the same machine I did (with a few different tweaks). I usually plan on using a PC for 4-5 years before purchasing a new one but Xotic PCwill definitely be my first stop when i begin the search again. Thanks for the great machine!
