Great site to move your old games and get newer ones. The community also is a huge bonus and really makes it like a gamers paradise. Purchased some gift cards and worked without a hitch. Would highly recommend.

Lightning fast shipping. Got it in 2 days through USPS. Ordered it feb 12, got it on feb 14. They carry the kingston micro sd Japenese manufactured card.

Excellent shipping time. Ordered it Sunday night and part was fedex next day. Excellent packaging and the cool black dvd cover was very nice.

Getting the bonus dvi-hdmi cable was also very sweet. This was the highest rated player on the secrets of hometheater shootout.

Tech support is awsome! Sent in a question on sunday and that same day they replied!

But to get that same rating from secrets of home theater you have to be in "Video 2 mode".

from their tech support e-mail:

"Video 1 and Video 2 determine which chipset will do the 2:2 Cadence support. In Video1 mode, 2:2 Cadence is handled by the MTK chipset, whereas Video2 has the Faroujda chipset doing all 2:2 Cadence support. 2:2 Cadence support is only necessary for PAL playback.

Press Eject.
Press Setup.
Change Video to Video 2.
Press Setup to exit."

So just in case you have a PAL movie, might as well have it on.

Really bad customer service operator on the phone. she must be doing her nails or trimming her toe nails cause she constantly had to say "huh", "what".

I told her not honoring a price for a 1gb SD card and then not e-mail a cancellation e-mail with a reason is wrong. she replies "oh is that a question?". The nerve of her. I went on line to check the status and it just says cancelled. she says the e-mails were sent out to confirm a canceled order. I guess i'm not alone on this deal that went soar. no coupon or incentive to return to this store.

last time i purchase from them as it seems they would do this to suck people in to get other stuff sold.

Fraud, scam, crooked, swith and bait. yeah awful.
Ordered tv stand 12/19/04 and today 1/29/05 still not here and no contact from them. e-mail has no response, tracking is a joke, website still says it's in stock (just like it did when i ordered 1 month ago), tracking page says "1 in stock, 1 orderd" and phone says "mailbox is full" then hangs up on you.

I called and e-mailed at least 10-15 times. I got someone to talk to like 3 times. The 3 times the response was the same:

1)oh the warehouse doesn't have it. we must be backlogged from christmas. The stands we did have was sent out to people who bought TVs.
2)we will overnight it when we get it to compensate your troubles.
3)it didn't arrive in our last shipment of sony products.

Wait a minute! you gave my stuff to someone else when it was supposed to be in stock. You really didn't have the item for 5 WEEKS and you kept stringing me along. AND YOU CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THE NEXT DAY I ORDERED IT. THAT IS A NO NO IF YOU PLAN TO SHIP IMAGINARY PRODUCTS.

This was a gift and oh my goodness, am i sorry i didn't get it in time for them.

Worst, worst experience i have had over the last 9 years i have been purchasing online stuff.

This isn't a store, it's a "front" for something else i think.

i'm challenging the charge as we speak with my credit card company.
