I ordered a 7200 RPM IDE hard drive. The first drive they sent me was a SATA2. The second drive they sent me was a brick out of the package. Unfortunately, I shelved my old laptop when the first bad drive came in, and by the time I tried the second drive the 30 day return period had passed. The three customer service agents I spoke with were very friendly and ultimately the issue was resolved satisfactorily.
