AVADirect provided me with a custom mATX at a great price and excellent quality. The packaging & shipping was great. And the salesperson was great is helping review my configuration. I almost feel the deal was too good given the high quality.

Ironically, I became aware of AVADirect.com through a e-newsletter from a competitor and the previous vendor that I ordered a custom PC from. The e-newsletter referred me to a CNET review comparing mATX products from several vendors including AVADirect.com.

This is by far the best custom PC experience I have had. Try AVADirect.com.

eFax.com/J2 Communications' high pricing in comparison to their competitors is rivaled only by their poor customer service and vindictiveness when you attempt to leave their service. For three days efax.com refused to directly answer my questions regard closing my account and insisted my usage balance credit was "used up or something they had created" despite my providing my banking record. And when I attempted to download my messages, I could only download 2 out of several pages. And efax never responded to this problem. Then when I attempted to resolve the matter via online chat as advised, the person was not responsive and faked closure of the chat session. I reestablished the session only to have the new chat person direct me to telephone support again. Later that evening I received an email from eFax.com saying they closed the account and refunded the money. However, they never provided a download of the archived messages. And they appear destroyed.

Do NOT use this vendor. If the pricing does not take a bite out of your wallet, the poor customer service and vindictiveness if you try to leave will.

Is has been over 10 days since eFax/J2 Communications said they would refund my money within 5 to 7 days. And still no word on those archived faxes. Please do NOT use this company.

Reverting review back to prior statement after numerous problems with the product and horrible interaction with NZXT/iBuyPower Sales Department.

I CANNOT and will NOT recommend iBuyPower or NZXT to anyone looking for their order to arrive on time and in good condition with all components connected - cpu cooler was never connected bounced around in case, temp probes not fully connected, sentry 1 temp/fan controller never connected, fans not connected, and faulty power supply. Furthermore, I've spent more money trying to fix wiring and faulty components than any savings iBuyPower was advertising.

And calling to in to get assistance with unorganized and combative - no case/incident numbers, Sales personnel arguing like children instead of taking customer information, and refusing to forward me to a supervisor. It has been insult on top of injury.

This will be the LAST PURCHASE FROM NZXT/IBUYPOWER. Steer away from these name brands to save you headaches and money.

p.s. If you are reading this review and run into problems, I recommend you reference these resellerratings reviews in a Better Business Bureau complaint. I'd poured over a few of the negative reviews where iBuypower.com responded. Apparently the reviews are liars if you listen to iBuyPower. Horrible professionalism. Not good for return business. And lying about items possibly detached during shipping instead of their failure to connect these items when trying to meet their rush delivery.
