Unfortunately, I had to deal your return policy concerning my first order with you and I am not happy with it. I acknowledge that the mistake with the order was mine. I ordered a tail light for the passenger side instead of driver side. What upset me was that I was forced to get a refund when all I wanted was an exchange. I will not be reordering. You can keep your 9.79 return to stock fee and hold onto the refund for up to 4 weeks.
update 4/4/12: I got this response:
"Based on your comment, you were force to get the refund instead an exchanged. I tried to call you. However, I was routed to a voicemail. I would really appreciate if you can provide me the most convenient time for you for a callback and I will call you so we can discuss the issue in details. Alternatively, you may also get in touch with me directly at, (I erased the number).
We would like to inform you that we already waived the RS fee amounting to 9.79"
(Sounds like they outsource returns/refunds which may explain why I can't get a damn exchange!)
The whole process was completed in under 2 weeks. They sent me a refund and waved the Restocking Fee of 9.79, and I paid like 10 bucks to send it back.
Bought some Automotive Tail Light Tape for 2.49 and called it a day!!
