Even though the website showed it as an in-stock item, I didn\u0027t receive the shipment in a timely manner. When I didn\u0027t receive a shipment notice by email, I called them. The guy was very polite, and said I should have the item in about a week. On 4\/15\/05 I got an email saying that the item had shipped and I should receive it in about 1.5 weeks. Odd considering it was an \u0022in-stock\u0022 item that it took a month to get it. When I did get it, it appeared to be something of a \u0022factory second\u0022, and was missing some of the accessories. Instead of dealing with the retailer, I complained directly to the manufacturer, Kata, and they shipped me a new version of the bag from their headquarters in Israel. Once they sent two books, different titles but same exact content. They accepted return and refunded all costs for the other book. Until the advent of \u0022Amazon Prime\u0022, a fee-based program that provides free 2-day shipping, I always used their free shipping on $25+ orders, and received quick delivery. However, with their new fee-based program, their free delivery takes upwards of a week before shipment. Once shipped, still get order within a couple of days, just have to wait for shipment. Kind of a pain, but oh well. The last order I used one-day shipping, ordered on 9\/20, and had the item on 9\/21, excellent, and not excessive shipping charge. Once I bought a lens that was supposed to include a lens hood. When the lens didn\u0027t arrive with the hood, they had me return it and shipped another. Excellent website interface. I ordered the wrong item on-line once, picked-up the phone and called their customer service a few minutes later. They promptly retrieved my order and made the correction. Person wasn\u0027t overly friendly, but he was efficient and professional, not rude at all. I\u0027ve never been contacted by them about an order unless an item happened to be out of stock, and then only by e-mail. The items (it happened twice) were shipped as soon as they came in stock, never an inordinate length of time. No complaints from me about this retailer.
