I am just a repeat apparently. I ordered a bouquet they would have delivered 12/22 on 12/11. Figured 11 days in advance is good, right? Not. I arrived at my 92 year old grandmothers assisted living facility on 12/22 to spend Christmas with her and my grandfather. Did I feel like crap when no delivery occurred and I had no gift for them. I did receive and e-mail it was delivered just like the other people. They told me it will be redelivered on 12/28 and I would get a 50% refund. Still nothing. My father is still there with them and has gone down to the front desk numerous times to check. They never came the first time. The assisted living place keeps logs of everyone who goes in and out as there is no other way for guest to come in except the front door. They are freaking liars to say they came and delivered on 12/22. NO ONE CAME. I contacted them today because they didn't deliver yesterday as they said. So they said they would schedule another redelivery for "as soon as possible". What the heck does that mean? My grandmother has Parkinsons and won't be around much longer. Thanks for making a happy time into a miserable time 1800flowers. I'll never use them again. This is just insane.
