The essential oils are as described and more reasonably priced than the other suppliers I investigated. The oils were very well packed with biodegradable materials. The error in shipping that occurred was corrected promptly. One bottle of oil was missing from this order so I emailed customer service my finding: "Thank you for your prompt shipment. On examining the order I found I was missing a 12 ml bottle of Sweet Fennel Essential Oil and after going through the "peanuts" and wrapping material again I could not find it.
I await your correction."
Within a week the missing oil arrived with a free bottle of wild orange oil. I was grateful I didn't have to contact them more than once. Their customer service department deserves commendation for the gracious way they handled the mistake.
