My first experience with Vitadigest had a couple issues but overall it was OK. Will I order from them again? ... probably ... if they are still the cheapest around.
Here is how it went:
- Placed $215 order on the evening of 12/14.
- Rec'd shipped confirmation & tracking number on 12/16.
- I tried the tracking number everyday for 5 days (3 business days) and it would never update (indicating it was not really shipped).
- I called customer service on 12/20 and a woman answered pretty quick. She told me ... "Yes, we sent you a tracking number, but your order is being shipped today (12/20) and you should get it by Friday".
- She was correct and I did receive it on Friday 12/24.
- I opened the box and they sent me the wrong item. In their defense, the item they sent me is very similar to the one I ordered but is different in taste. One is chocolate and one is not.Â
- At first, I thought I was going to have to return it, but I tried one of the bars and it wasn't bad. I decided to keep my order.
One other thing ... I sent an email to "return@vitadigest.com" and it came back "undeliverable". This could be a typo on their website.

“We are sorry "sonpit" is less than satisfied. The order in question was submitted to us on Saturday evening. UPS doesn't pick up on Sundays. The customer specified our "standard" non-rush shipping. The order was in fact shipped to him on Tuesday. Had the customer selected rush service, the order would have shipped Monday, so the difference is at most 24 hours.
While we are sorry that "sonpit" was not satisfied, frankly I am not certain our performance earned the criticism it received. That said, we appreciate every bit of feedback from every customer and thank "sonpit" for taking the time to post here.
