“This is my second order of a Wii Drivekey within a week.
The first one was no problem but this one is defective. I tried to contact them to get the info for exchange/refund, it took me 2 weeks and a numerous emails to get a reply from them. All they did is give me an address in China so I can send the part without any RMA #.
I have no choice but mailed the part to that address (I have to pay for the postage). Now I don't even know that I will get any respond from them...???....I afraid that I will lose everything altogether”
