I received my Passport US Plus SIM Card on-time and it has been successfully activated. I look forward to using it on my trip to Greece and having it in-hand already takes a load of stress off when we arrive. The only complaint is that the test SMS text messages I have sent to the new SIM have taken over 20min to receive, the delay is typical I suppose for international routing.

The absolute worst e-tailer on the web!! I ordered Windows XP Home Edition OEM on Dec. 23 and despite the holidays, after more than TWO weeks of getting emails that the order was still being processed and "sorry for the delay," I finally gave up and requested that the order be cancelled. It took another WEEK before I finally was assured the order had been cancelled. In the meanwhile, my new order from Viosoftware.com arrived 2 days after I ordered it, now that's real service! Save yourself the hassle! BTW, as of April 12, somehow the 1stEweb's Order History still says that my order is still "pending"! I'm a Computer Science major and this is the worst web support that I've ever encounted. STAY AWAY FROM 1stEweb AT ALL COSTS!!!
