The absolute worst e-tailer on the web!! I ordered Windows XP Home Edition OEM on Dec. 23 and despite the holidays, after more than TWO weeks of getting emails that the order was still being processed and "sorry for the delay," I finally gave up and requested that the order be cancelled. It took another WEEK before I finally was assured the order had been cancelled. In the meanwhile, my new order from Viosoftware.com arrived 2 days after I ordered it, now that's real service! Save yourself the hassle! BTW, as of April 12, somehow the 1stEweb's Order History still says that my order is still "pending"! I'm a Computer Science major and this is the worst web support that I've ever encounted. STAY AWAY FROM 1stEweb AT ALL COSTS!!!
