Long story short, there was an ad on buy.com which stated that the item I wanted to order came in a pack of 12 so I ordered 4 for my sons birthday as party favors. I received only 4 from 3tailer so I emailed them and buy.com had apparently advertised incorrectly. I emailed 3tailer the ad on buy.com which stated I should be receiving 12 per order for 4 orders I should have received a total of 48. At no additional cost for shipping or the items, 3tailer sent me the additional 44 items. I was very pleasaed with the outcome from 3tailer and how they handled the situation. Although buy.com incorrectly advertised the items and they were at fault, 3tailer honored the ad and with their excellent customer service, sent me my additional items. I am extremely pleased with 3tailer and will continue ordering from them. Thank you 3tailer, all of my items were delivered to me promptly and were in excellent condition.
