Terrible customer service! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered a 46" LCD on 1st of March and got a confirmation email for the order. On the 2nd I received an email asking to call one of their reps to set up a delivery window. When I did, I was unable to reach the rep they assigned, however when I spoke to another rep they said their computers were down and that they'd have to call me back in 10 mins. An hour later I got a call back, and in the conversation it was revealed that a delivery window was not available since it was a larger-sized item. He said I'd be receiving the TV in 7-10 days, up to 2 weeks from now.
On the 7th, I noticed I had yet to be charged for the order, so I contacted them again. I was told by a rep that they had "oversold" this particular item and that they had been sending out emails today (I never got an email) stating that these would be on back order for at least a week.
It's upsetting that a reseller waits a week to inform you that they no longer have the stock needed to fulfill an order. Terrible customer service! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
