I ordered a Christmas present for my son from them on December 6th, never received tracking information, so I called and emailed customer service several times with no response. I finally called and canceled my order on Dec. 16th when I was pretty clear that I wasn\u0027t going to get my order in time for Christmas. After canceling my order I received an email that it shipped that day but they can\u0027t give me a tracking number?? I received another email two days later stating that the item has not been shipped and is on backorder!!!! Clearly some huge communications going on with this company.
