This heatsink works great! At first I was not sure if it was going to fit with my ram on my motherboard (asus p6x58d premium) but fit fine. It keeps my i7 930 overclocked to 4 ghz at around 26-30 degrees Celsius on idle depending on the ambient temps. I would highly recommend this if you are planning on overclocking your cpu. Both of the fans are very quiet as well which is a plus!
